Getting started takes just a few minutes:

1. Download the Kleos app (iOS or Android).
2. Sign up with your personal details.
3. Complete a quick identity check (KYC) by providing:
   • A valid government-issued ID
   • A selfie for verification
   • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

Identity verification is required by regulation to enable deposits, transfers, earnings, and card services.

The Kleos Visa card is available to individual consumers who are resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) and have completed identity verification (KYC).

• Cards are issued to consumers only. We do not issue cards to companies, or for business or corporate use.
• Card issuing is not available to customers resident outside the EU/EEA. This applies even where those customers are able to access other Kleos services.
• Cards are issued by our regulated card issuing partner and are subject to the Card Issuer Terms & Conditions linked in the footer.
